Casa Colibrís began with a simple idea: to create a place that feels open, welcoming, and deeply connected to the neighborhood around us.
Inspired by Mexican hospitality, the food we grew up with, and the traditions and ingredients that continue to shape our culture, Casa Colibris brings together food, coffee, design, and community under one roof.
Our story is rooted in Mexico, but our casa belongs to Highland Park — a place where cultures, generations, friends, and families can come together around the table.
